Fan Ho

Oriental Tavern

OFFERING: Fan Ho is an oriental ‘tavern’ that conjures up a journey through Asian tastes and flavours while discovering typical dishes from Chinese cuisine. Authentic recipes from Sichuan, Shanghai, Yunnan, Mongolia and Tibet, that feature handmade dim-sum, rice dishes, noodles and wok-cooked vegetables, meats, fish and desserts.
HIGHLIGHT: Two distinct and independent concepts within a single space: the oriental tavern (Fan Ho) and the Mediterranean tapas (Tomato Tapas). Making for a fun environment where you can discover new dishes from different cuisines prepared with quality fresh raw materials.
INTERIOR: Fan Ho takes its name from the celebrated Chinese photographer known as the ‘Great Master’, an exponent of urban chiaroscuro. His images bring a minimalist character to the interior.
RECOMMENDED: The dim-sum of prawns, mushrooms and savoury sauce, Ban Mian noodles with marinated mince and sauce, crispy Shanghai-style duck, chicken and pork San Choy Bao, caramelized Black Cod with light steam cooking over sweet and sour aubergines ... Although the idea here is to share dishes from the different cuisines.
PRICE: 20-30 Eur.
