OFFERING: En Ville offers traditional market cuisine using fresh ingredients that combines traditional Catalan and French influences: Pan con tomate (Tomato Bread), Bellota Cured Ham, Prawns with Garlic; Fried Mussels, Fresh Foie Escalope; Filet Mignon Tartare served with Fries and Salad garnish with Mustard Vinaigrette dressing; Fresh Cod Gratin with Romesco Sauce.
