OFFERING: A culinary proposal conceived by Luis Ramos, the new head chef at this restaurant located on Las Ramblas. The focus is on tasty food made with fresh produce from the nearby Boquería market, with a traditional flavour that includes versions of international cuisine favourites, reflecting the cosmopolitan character of the space.
HIGHLIGHT: Luis Ramos, Argentine by birth, trained with renowned local chefs such as Ferran Adrià and Carles Abellán. At CentOnze he brings his own distinctive style of dishes made entirely in his kitchen.
RECOMMENDED: Fish & Chips served with homemade mayonnaise and lime, the Prawn Pad thai with dashi broth or the Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce and homemade coleslaw. Other unmissables on the menu include the Pyrenees Lamb Fillet with vanilla millefeuille and peach chutney, as well as the homemade Marinated Salmon with grilled fruits and yuzu. For anyone with a sweet-tooth, the desserts created by Albert Amich offer an amazing presentation and a delicious taste. At night, either a pre or a post dinner cocktail from the Sparkling and signature selection of Le Pop Cocktail Bar.
