OFFERING: Food and fun. International cuisine with a tropical touch created by chef Maykel Z. Bustamante. The menu includes an eclectic range of shared dishes served in a friendly and good humoured ambience situated in one of the best parts of the Born. Small portions (add “are”) designed for trying the soups, salads, rice dishes and imaginative meat and fish options. HIGHLIGHT: A 100% sound proofed space organised into different zones which can be reserved for private parties (up to 3 areas at a time) and given a personal touch according to each client’s requests with coloured lighting and table layout. Dancing is also an option. INTERIOR: A fun place with a certain kitsch touch designed by Yolanda Vilalta and Helena Juanmá in an imaginative and light hearted approach. A zany journey to the tropics with multi-coloured palm trees, trompe l’oeil featuring parrots and leopard skin sofas with views over the nearby Born market. RECOMMENDED: The 250 gramme hamburger; the Thai style dishes like the Meegoreng or the Pad Thai; and their ‘raw’ dishes like ceviches or ‘poke bowls’, of wild tuna, octopus or marinated salmon.
