INTERIOR: The open plan kitchen takes centre stage in this historical restaurant. The selection of furniture and art works lend a more contemporary touch to what is a timeless ambience.
RECOMMENDED: The Argentinian Entrecote Steak and Angus Sirloin Steak also sourced from Argentina, that can be garnished with a wide variety of accompanying side dishes. Grilled Tuna Loin coated in sesame, Japanese vinaigrette, sautéed snow peas and Pak Choi; the locally sourced varieties of tomatoes, Kalamata olives, pickled shallots and vermouth pearls; the Selection of seasonal vegetables cooked in different ways served with romesco sauce. The wine list includes lesser known options selected by Gianluca Bove from smaller niche wineries that reflect the different soil and climate conditions of Catalonia.
